I have become so accustomed to indifferent service that my recent experience with the Fairy Shop in Cape Town just could not go unrecognised.
I needed dresses at very short notice, and although the items I wanted were not in stock, the team at the Fairy Shop pulled out all the stops to ensure that they were made from scratch in the sizes we require. Every promise that they made was kept, emails were answered over weekends and in the evenings, and to cap it all, an additional item that was shipped in error has been gifted to us.
I wish The Fairy Shop every success. With the high standards they have set for both their products and their service - they richly deserve it.
