Ordered a Flutterbye Fairy from Toy Kindom online on Saturday evening. Within about 30 mins I got a call to say that the Pink one was no longer available but there was a blue one available... now, given that I couldn't find this fairy anywhere the colour was really not an issue. Nonetheless, they didn't know that and I really appreciated that they took the time to call and let me know and not just deliver something different. Furthermore, it was delivered to my door on Monday, 16 December! Yes, on the public holiday!
