After receiving a notification from Clinique (one of their supplying products) head-office that i should collect a free product (in support of a reference number) of theirs at Foschini Goldfileds Mall, they did not have a Clinique consultant then and said that they could therefore not assist me, but will call me as soon as they have an answer or get a consultant. It has been a month and nobody has attempted to call me or inform me of any changes whether or not they could help me.
