I have purchased the Gomma gomma lounge suite on the 01.05.2012 but has had problems since the start of our buy. We had a cream set first and the 3 seeter sagged which we then called the store to complain. They wanted to repair the set but we refused as clients as we only had it for about a month, after a lot of fighting with the store and head office they replaced it with a new set and colour. Not long after the new set we then had problems with the 3 seeter and 2 seeter again, it was sent in for repairs 5 times already and still no satisfaction on the repairs as it happens every month where the Gomma gomma is supposed to be the best couches. We purchased this suite because we wanted something that will last and this suite is not cheap as it is costing us R14000 and its being adverted on the television by Gomma gomma as the best but they are ripping their customers off. The reason for this complaint on Hellopeter is because neither the shop nor gomma gomma wants to take resposibility for the couches they selling. The 3 seeter has now again sagged and is skew after the last repair but we will not send it in for repairs again we wants it to be replaced with a new Gomma suite.
