I had an issue with my sunglasses that i bought from Guess at Woodlands. Zak Knoetse, manager at Guess Woodlands was very unhelpful and rude and said he couldn't assist me at all.
I then went to Guess at Menlyn, where the assistant manager, Clayton Simpson, was able to help me. He was courteous, professional, understanding and very kind. He exchanged my sunglasses without any hassles and I received the exact same frame and it was brand new!
I highly recommend Clayton Simpson for promotion, AND Guess Menlyn instead of Guess Woodlands.
