I bought a pair of black Guess jeans from the store in Menlyn back in May. Unfortunately, after its first wash, it discoloured. I called the store and spoke to Clayton who advised that I should bring the jeans as well as the proof of payment, which I did. I had already psyched myself up for a laborious process before resolving the matter, but there was no such! In less than half an hour, I was walking out the store with a brand new pair, and an even greater love for the brand! Kudos for doing the right thing!
