DAREDEVIL BOOT - INFERIOR QUALITY JEANS

I bought a Daredevil Boot jean in December 2013, 14th. I returned it unworn on 5th January 2014 to the Guess Menlyn shop because the denim was of such poor quality that it torn when I put it on, and yes it was the correct size. Pearl Ngomane assisted me and I received excellent service from her, she accepted the damaged jean and gave me a gift card due to no stock. It has been 22 days since and after following up with Pearl, the answer is always, no stock received from head office and they have no ETA! I demand to have the correct Daredevil Boot in stock by 31 January 2014 at the Menlyn store. Guess Head Office stock controller should do a better job at getting the stock to the Guess outlets.
