I bought 3 pairs of shoes which were on sale from europa art shoes @ Germiston, to my surprise yesterday i decided to wear the other pair to attend a meeting. I've never been so embarrassed in my life to note that the pair was unidentical and i was also noted by my colleagues. i then went to the germiston to notify them. With the hope will I get / be given the appropriate pair of shoes. i was attended by 3 ladies and one of them GLORIA refused to change the shoes, she said that i must polish the shoes to look the same or spray paint them [ i felt so humiliated and be littled ] i asked if i can speak to her senior she ASK? Do I expect her boss to come down from overseas and speak to me [ like i was crazy]. TO THE BOSS OF EUROPA ART WHAT MUST I DO WITH THESE PAIR OF SHOES? your staff attitude. It's clear that they are not properly trained to handle customers. i am so hurt, disappointed, humiliated embarrassed [ suffered these from the service i received from your company . is this part of your company culture?..n by the way i had some of my shoes bought @ east gate branch n I've never experienced such a pathetic treatment
