I HATE Woolworths with passion! I have been a loyal customer for many years, I can confirm that my Woolworths Account is conducted with excellence, actually I have even paid my account 2 for June.
This morning I took my dearest Mother out for shopping. We started off at the Shoes Department, went on to select a couple of boots for her to choose 2 pairs. I then decided she needs socks to wear for fitting and to buy. So I got long pairs R89 for two, also added small black tripple cream.
She wore black, I kept the attached price tag for payment, and decided she can wear one short black pair.
At that time, there was this Jezeelle woman hoovering around, it was quite uncomfortable wasn't sure why, until I actually asked her if there's something she'd like to help with.
The Manager had the nerve to ask if we are going to pay for the stupid socks, I am very pis3ed off.
Why would we openly wear socks and not even pay for them if we were intending to them. We were followed by security until we were angry. At the till a friendly Mathabo was called by control room to recount our purchased items, I paid R1, 771.75. At entrance security wanted to check, I said Fckof
