It is alway nice to phone a call centre to helped by a friendly and efficient call centre agent.
I recently purchased a pair of very comfortable boots at Woolworths Irene. It was the only pair they had and only in black. I phoned customer care to find out if Woolworths has the same pair of boots in a different colour, and they did. Not only could the lady (I neglected to take down her name) check if they had stock available she also arranged for the boots to be sent to Woolworths Mall@Reds.
Thank you so much for the great service, some of the other call centre can learn a thing or two from you!!
