The website was down and i needed some assistance on a refund which Yulin assisted me with, the same day one of my friends saw the shoe and asked if she could buy it and i said why not let me first see if i can cancel the refund. Yulin once again assisted and did a fine job. He is extremely patient (as i had to look for my order number), friendly and very very helpful.
