Made a purchase of R219 on the 07 January. Item was not on stock. I requested for a store credit.By the 15 January when I did not receive my store credit, I called and spoke to Raeesa who immediately sent me an email withe the credit. However. On Sunday, the 3 February when I tried to use the voucher to purchase an item, the voucher was only R199 and not R219. This was annoying. On Monday morning, I called and spoke with Yulin and he promised to rectify the problem. Nothing happened. This morning I called again and spoke again to Yulin, who assured me that the problem was solved. I immediately went to 'my cart, to make my purchase and was once again credited fot R199 rather than R219. I called Zando AGAIN and this time spoke to Renzil who assured me that the problem will be solved by 17:00 today. I am not certain that this is going to happen after all the promises that I have been given. I am disappointed that staff are so incompetent. I will NOT recommend Zando to any one. I consider customer service a priority when I make purchases. This is also not the first time that I have had an issue. I asked to speak to Raeesa yesterday, and left a message for her to call. No call yet.
