My experience at the Sandton branch has been terrible from day one. I should have walked away when my order was misplaced on the first day now its 3 months and I still have not received my couch.
It's been a frustrating period of excuses and empty promises from the store and head office. Last NIGHT I was promised that I will get a call this morning to tell me the DATE of my delivery but as usual nobody has bothered to communicate with me. This has been the pattern since I bought the couch. Its a shame that TFG takes our money to cash flow their business without delivering products. And no, a 20% discount is not enough! And I am no interested in supplier stories and warehouse problems. Enough already. Why should a customer be inconvenienced when the store has been USING my money (and others in position) for the past 3months. When you don't deliver a product but take the money, we call that. And you can't offer a refund! What about the opportunity cost? How do you account for that!? Who pays for that!?
