I hate to be the first to complain about GMTM (Certificate Assist), but after paying a premium for the expedited service to acquire 3 certificates I have received nothing. This is 7 weeks later, after paying for a service that is supposed to take 5 -15 working days.
I don't receive any response to my emails, and when I phone I am told it should be arriving the following day. I'm still waiting.
