Failure to return deposit refund

Upon return of a mannequin, the owner, Flo, was not there. Over a telephonic conversation she ensured that my R1000 deposit would be transferred into my account. After a month she had still not returned my money, insisting that she had and would send me a proof of payment. Not sending a proof of payment as she clearly did not have one, she stopped answering my calls or replying to numerous messages asking to please return my money.
