Hi my wife and I came to the store on 9/12/13 to return a item and they could not find it on the system and the cashier and manager and store manager said it's not there product and the cashiers were talking among them selfs in Xhosa and making us to be lying and making up stuff in front of a lot of customers, I was never embarrassed like that ever, poor customer service from mr price I'm shocked and thinking of closing my account with them.
