Been looking into office chairs for a while, Tshepo* was knowledgeable and very helpful during this time. When I noticed a special on a chair a notch up from the one I wanted, I waited till 'Senior's Wednesday' yesterday for a little more discount. Denver Biel was on duty. He respectfully pointed out the special had ended the day before:-( However, without hesitation he offered to let me have it at the 'promotional' price advertised and not only did he arranged for this to happen, when we were at the till point he made sure I had a Senior Card and I was offered the discount. Now, that is what I call exceptional service in this day and age and big thank you to both Tshepo* and Denver.
