Went to Boksburg branch to use up some of my credit from an insurance claim which Outsurance will only pay over to P&G and because the file is over a year old they have archived the file and don't know how much credit is still due to me so I cant buy anything. Why are files archived when there is still money outstanding. why is there no manager on duty to sort it out. Refund the money due to me I don't want to schlep out there again waste petrol and time or patronise P@G
