I have been retrenched end of last year. I sent all the necessary documents numerous times to the head from the store I even phoned to confirm if they have received it. They said yes. My account was then blocked due to investigation. They have sent me no feedback regarding the outcome. Now today I get a call from some agent saying im 2months behind. She has the audacity to tell me what retrenchment and that they haven't received any documents. I made a big mistake opening an account with such unorganized and unprofessional people. Worst customer service. They keep saying somebody will get back to me but nobody does. I have been a good paying customer and never missed one payment. If this is gonna affect my credit file im seriously gonna take it further. This is unacceptable.
