Felt like I was invisible!!

Bad service seems to be something we have to get used to. Not necessarily only from Woolworths.

Went into the store today and noticed that the price on an item was still marked at a lower price than what I had been charged a few weeks earlier. Decided to try it out and see what's what. Sure enough when I got to the till the higher price applied. Had had this a few times before when prices marked were not the prices charged.

Asked for the manager. A lady arrived. I believe a PCC. (not sure what that stands for) Did not bother to even acknowledge or look at me. Tried to explain but was ignored. Definitely making it clear I was wasting her time. Came back, still no acknowledgement. Keyed in the change on the cash register and took her stuff and walked off. The cashier was most helpful and sad when he saw how upset and annoyed I was at this lady's bad manners and obvious non-concern for the customer. Definitely not making a difference unless chasing me away to use another supplier.
