Warranty - 3 Months!!

In February 2013 I contacted the call centre for a repair, the temperature control board was replaced on the 11th February 2013, and I paid R1900 for the repair. The temperature control board is now faulty again. I contacted the repair agent "Robbie", and he has advised that the part falls outside of the 3 month warranty and I will have to pay another R1900 to repair the same thing!!
I contacted the call centre and they were extremely unhelpful, they told me to contact their supplier NECSA to buy the part directly.
