I placed my order on the 29th Nov 2013 for a electronic scooter. I have phoned every few days to confirm my order will definitely be dispatched as Groupon have let me down in the past with not fulfilling orders and very slow delivery. I was told each time my goods will be dispatched and then I phoned again on the 10th Dec 2013 and it was confirmed by email that my goods were being dispatched that day. I phoned today the 12th Dec 2013 to confirm whereabouts of delivery to be told my order has been cancelled and there is no stock! This is my daughters Christmas present and I am now left with 7 working days before Christmas without my daughters present. They must either find more reliable suppliers or reduce the batch size of orders that can be taken in one go. This is really bad service and unforgiveable.
