I ordered a Monster High - 13 Wishes Doll - Howleen Wolf yesterday (02/12/2013) and I my order was confirmed for delivery tomorrow 04/12/2013. I was then sent an email this morning at 7am telling me that my order shows bought in stock which means that another customer purchased this item a few minutes before me and the last of the stock was allocated to the order. I find this completely unbelievable as I ordered this at work yesterday afternoon and I got home the evening and showed my mom what I ordered and it never said sold out. I called in and I was told that the supplier will only deliver on 24 Dec! (What supplier takes over 20 days to deliver!!?) and then the item will be dispatched to me. Takealot clearly never had this item available in the first place and then made up that BS excuse and thought I would believe it. AMATEUR and UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Now I have to go around to shops looking for that specific Monster High Doll which defeats the purpose of online shopping!!
