Job not done price increased

I took 12 of my lamps to have them repaired.
I asked how much it would cost she said not more than R250.00 per lamp unless specified.
She said she would find a bowl to cover the exposed wires in my chandelier.
called and said chandelier would cost R325.00 i agreed.
I told her the work had to be completed before the end of April
she said no problem
she sent an invoice for R2826.00
she charged R75 for a lamp that she said she is unable to do anything with
she charged R75.00 for a lamp that I gave her as spare parts to repair the chandelier
i asked her to make one of the lamps brighter chargerd not done

She did not find anything to cover the wires on the chandelier, redering it useless
She could not repair one of the lamps because she says it cannot be opened, this is impossible because it was obviously open at manufacture.

She then sent an invoice for R3425.00 for the bases.

She quoted me R475.00 for the lamp shades, but couldnt find the fabric she showed me the sample of.
I went and bought my own fabric and she is charging me R350.00 per shade without the fabric.
At this point she said that I had to pay 50% up-front this had never been mentioned before.
