14 Dec 2013 I took my car to VW Menlyn for 90 000 km service, asked Deon Swart to check headlamp & fog lamp bulbs. During collection, they were not checked. They then replaced head lamp bulb & didn't have fog lamp bulb & asked me to come on 18/12/2013 for free replacement. The air filter was not fitted properly and the car was sounding weird. 17/12/2013 Deon apologized and also reminded us to bring the car in the next day (18/12/2013) for the fog lamp bulb replacement. Next day & (20/12/2013) they didn't have the bulb and Deon said he will call us asap as they get the bulb. 09/01/2014 called & Deon said he is sorry he didn't get back to us. Called 10/01/2014 Deon said we must bring in the car the next day but he was nowhere to be found. Marcus Lamprecht took over after 45 Min said they don't have the bulb & I should come on the 13/01/2014. Asking to talk to someone he said I should ask Parts Department, asked for highest man then he said Leon Depree but he is out to get a car from a client. After 2.5 hour Marcus is not sure if Leon is coming & no one has his contacts. To this day haven't had a call from anyone from the dealership, I guess life goes on as normal right. Is this it?
