Not replacing parts damaged by their personnel

I reside in Rustenburg, on the 30th of October 2013 I took my car, a Tata Incica Vista in for service, I complained that the drivers side right head lamp has blown, on inspection their technician noticed the fitting has become brittle that attaches to the light. He recommended that the car be taken to the auto electrician so that the fitting can be replaced. Service carried on as usual. I was consulted about the issue with the head lamp, and I agreed not to change the fitting, as I had to report for work the next day.

When the service was complete, the car was pulled into the booth for a wash, the technician did not place back the cap at the back of the head light which caused dirty water to come into the head lamp. The head lamp now has a white patch in the back.

I received a job card 10052 on 30/10/2013 to replace the head lamp if i am still not satisfied.

On 4 February 2014 i made appointment to change the head light on 7 February 2014 where I was told that this will not be done on Tata's cost, although the job card clearly states so.

I need this changed, Tata must carry the cost as previously agreed.
