Kindly note last week I bought a bulk pack of assorted 20g Niknaks which normally have Spicy Tomato, Cheese & Chutney flavours.
Upon opening the packet at first I didn't realize it but to my surprise I only found 1 packet of Spicy Tomato 20g packet as well as 1 packed of Chutney 20g packet. The rest were cheese flavours.
I feel this is a complete rip-off from Simba as I also experienced quite the same experience the last time I bought the bulk pack. I decided to let it go but I now see this is a habit from Simba to lure us into buying the assorted pack knowing fully that they only put one measly 20g pack of a different flavour with the rest being cheese.
Can you please advice how this matter will be sorted as this is quite misleading from such a reputable brand. The reason why I like to buy the assorted bulk pack is that we also love the spicy tomato & chutney flavours. I could have just bought the cheese flavour bulk pack if I wanted to but I did not.
Note that I have also emailed this complaint to your customer service department.
