I lay-byed items at the store less then a week ago. I dont wish to have the items anymore due to change of mind, the items are two dressers for my wedding but due to the colors changing i would like to cancel the order. I called the store but was told i would not be able to get the cash back. No where on there website or till slip does it show anything of the terms and conditions how there layby process work. I do not wish to have a voucher by them.as it says in our consumer act i do not have to accepted it. Keedo wants me to complete the lay-by of almost R900 then they will give me a voucher of it. I yet again do not wish to have a voucher. I deposited R300 and that is what i would like back from them.
