Processed cheese is off

Good day,
On the 26th of January 2014 I bought a 400g pack of Clover's Biltong flavoured processed cheese and when I opened the pack 3 days later from the fridge I smelled a sour odour coming from the pack. I then proceeded to open three individually packed cheese slices and found that all three were off. The first two weren't properly sealed so I assumed there's a problem with the sealing process. After opening the third slice I realized that everything is off and I cannot find the till slip to return the product to Checkers. I really did not expect this of Clover else I might have kept the till slip. Please check the batch and/or sealing process.
