I bought a set of cast iron pots. The first time I used the one pot the enamel on the inside of the pot came off.
I lodged a complaint and was given a reference number (106060890) and was told to send the pot back. The pot was returned on 19 June 2012. When I phoned on 26 September 2012 to find out what is happening I was first told that they haven't received the pot. Then when I gave them the tracking number all of a sudden they have received the pot. After numerous phone calls and different stories every time I am still waiting for my replacement pot. I paid a lot of money for the set.
