I am totally disgusted by the treatment received by Veronica on Saturday. My mom got ill in the store shehad attempted to contact me but could not and called my husband who said he would fetch my mom immediately coming from Athlone. He managed to get hold of me informing me that he would pick my mom up. I received call again from Veronica demanding to know when I would collect my mom I informed her that I was at home with my baby without transport and my husband is on his way. She was extremely rude and impatient as the store was about to close I explained that there is nothing I could do as my husband was already on his way. She was shouting on the phone and speaking down on me and when my husband arrived at the store he received the same treatment from her she demanded to know why he had taken so long (As if we have a chopper on stand by) she was disrespectful and rude the manager was never heard from. It seems the only goal of the foshini group is to make profit they cannot spare a compasionate minute ti help paying clients!!! DISGUSTING
