At 10:50 I walked in shoprite to purches a tin of coke at the till I asked the cashier if we could pay at the siggarette counter, next to the till point cause.wanted to get siggarettes aswell. She said yes. At counter. placed the coke on top shelf on newspapers infront of the cashier, asked 4 20 rothmans.gave a R100 note, turned around talking to my husband. I turned back, took the coke and siggarettes & grab a straw, took my chance as I turned around a guy with unmarked black top told me to follow him to the managers office, cofusedt I called to my husband aintertaining our baby with Pep's window display -20meters away, I followed to managers office when I got there the office the officer told the sales manager that I the coke, demanded my personal details and.said he is calling the cops. Shocked I checked my slip and realised that the cashier never deducted the coke, I appoligues and offer to pay for the coke, the officer made such a huge seen that the manager called the gaurd 4 times into the office to quite down. The manager said to pay for the coke and the gaurd followed me to the till to pay for it. This was so embarcing!!! I will never go back to this store!!!
