On Saturday, 8 June 2013, we bought a Genessi Queen size bed and Restonic single mattress. The service and promises where incredible, till after we made the payment! The goods where supposed to be delivered on Monday at 3 pm, after 03:30 my husband where phoned to ask if there is someone at home, after we already arranged a time for delivery? Secondly my husband specifically asked Erika if they carry the beds in and do the setup on which she replied, "yes, that's what we pay the to do". On arrival there was only one guy, With my husband being at work, I had to help carry the bed myself! Erika also "promised" us that she would sent the invoice with the delivery, but that also didn't happen! On Saturday, 16 June I phoned to ask where the invoice was, Louis, the store manager, said that Erika would phone me and arrange for delivery, as soon as she is done with a client on the floor. I waited till Sunday and phoned again. Louis said he gave the message to Erika but don't know why she didn't return my call. He also said that the invoice is finish and ready to be delivered, but 2 minutes later, they still had to do the invoicing? All this trouble, just to get your invoice??
