Not willing to assist

I brought 5 Ted Baker hand bags for presents, but when I requested the outer protection bag for each of the bags the attendance that assisted me just ignored my request and said it does not come with, but few days later went there again and got another Ted Baker bag, the bag all of a sudden came with the outer protection bag. It seems to me that the attendance that helped us that day was just lazy and not willing to assist me. I, as the customer have been taken advantaged off as the product that is brought is not a full product.
