We ordered a number of items from Wetherlys, 1st the order was wrong, then the call centre agents were absolutely useless is helping to fix this, then the delivery date was wrong, and when finally the stuff arrived, the TV cabinet was damaged. Now to get them to come back and replace it - what a mission! I am so sick of trying to call and organize- why do u never call back when u say u will?! Why not phone me and organize a replacement seeing as u know u delivered damaged goods?? I am appalled by your customer service! I have tried my best to call to organize a replacement only to be told you would PHONE BACK... and nothing.
