Deliverd wrong goods!!

Delivered a supposed to be matching 3 piece Ventura lounge suite with two black sofas and one brown chair a day later than they were supposed to deliver!!! Never in all my life have I experienced such stupidity and incompetence!! I will NEVER shop at any Russells stores again in my life!!
