BAD SERVICE

My daughter-in-law purchased a Defy fridge/freezer from OK Furniture appox 1 yr ago. Last weekend it stopped getting cold (gas perhaps?) She called the store on Tues/Wed to report the problem. She was told that someone would be there to attend to the problem by Friday (today) morning. She took time off work to be there. Nobody arrived. She called to check what the problem was and was told by Robert he would investigate and revert.By 2pm still NOTHING!! Again Robert was called, he didn't take the call as he was supposedly busy with a customer and he didn't call back. She called again and was told that they were in the area repairing someone els? s fridge and would be attending to hers next. She waited another hour, hearing NOTHING, she called AGAIN and was told that they had tried to call her but she did not answer her phone. This is a lot of hogg wash as she was waiting for the call and would not have left it. There are no missed calls on her phone and they have now left the area apparently. This is totally unacceptable! Must the family now go without the fridge for a whole LONG WEEKEND!? I think this is disgusting lack of service!!!
