Poor customer response

I bought a Dairy-Belle drinking yogurt at one of there stores that they supply it to as I was drinking this dairy-belle yogurt I almost swallowed a rusted blade that was inside this container. I was show shocked and at the shame time very devastated at the fact that I could almost been seriously injured by that rusted blade I reported my complaint to customer services there reply was that there factory was responsible for that incident and they rewarded me with a R50 voucher I was sick for 4 days with food poisoning caused by that yogurt and they reward me with a R50 voucher that is unacceptable what poor services
