ON THE 31/12/2010 I DECIDED TO REPAY MYSELF FOR MY HARD WORK THROUGHOUT THE YEAR BY PURCHASING A SAMSUNG 25 INCH LCD TV. UNFORTUNATELY ON MORNING OF 07/10/2012 I RECIEVED A CALL FROM MY NEIGHBOOR THAT MY BUGLAR GATE AND DOOR WERE WIDELY OPEN AS I WAS NOT HOME AT THE TIME OF THE OCCURANCE UPON MY ARRIVAL AT THE SCENE I NOTICED THIS WAS A BREAK IN I IMMEDIATELY INFORMED THE POLICE ATTAINING CAS 22/10/2012 AND NOTIFIED THE LADY FRERE BRANCH WHICH TOLD ME I COULD FROM MY DAMAGE/LOST/ AND A CLAIM FORM, AFFIDAVIT, COPY OF ID, ACCOUNT CONTRACT AND STATEMENT WENT SENT THROUGH FOR PROCESSING HOWEVER UP TO DATE NOTHING HAS HAPPENED I HAVE GONE BACK TO MS LANGLEY ON MANY OCCASSIONS AND DUE TO MY PATIENCE UP TO NOW NOTHING HAS HAPPENED ON THE 16/04/2013 I WENT TO HER AGAIN AND SHE MADE ME COMOLETE THE SAME PAPER WORK AS I WAS LOOKING FOR THE INITIAL REQUEST. THEY HAVE A CONTACT NUMBER 0860111167 WHICH ALWAYS GIVING THE SAME RECORDED MESSAGE FROM 8AM TO 2AM ALL THEIR AGENTS ARE CURRENTLY BUSY THE DISCONNECT. MY ACCOUNT IS DUE 6 MONTHS PLEASE ASSIST ME PLEASE
