In March 2013 I purchased a set of tupperware from an agent. A few days later when I found a use for the container, I realised that the container did not seal at all. ASK ME HOW I REALISED THIS? I decided to take left over chicken casserol to work in my new tupperware, HOWEVER, when I arrived at work I realised that my bag was covered with my lunch because the container did not seal correctly.

Then I tried to contact the agent who sold the set to me, in fact i took the container to her personally hoping that an exchange would be my right as a consumer. I have subsequently made several attempts to contact the agent since march but to no avail.

Quite frankly I am fed up and think something should be done about this!
