Unisa Parcel gone missing

My books were dispatched by Unisa on the 5th of June 2013 - today is the 28th of August and they still haven't been delivered via Courier... I did use tracking system to track the parcel and Sky responded through their unisa enquiry agents on the 25th of June (Lucia Mbonia and Jessica Douw) apologising for inconveinance, reconfirmed my address and promised delivery the next day. The parcel hasn't arrived since... I have lodged several complaints and have not had any honest feedback or delivery on their promises, a service we actually pay for!!! Then out of the blue I get a call from a total stranger in Bapsfontein telling me that my parcel was delivered to his house with his daughters parcel and I am welcome to come collect it... 70km away from me! I then called Sky again and told them what has happened they advised me that they will recollecte the parcel and would redeliver. Today I can reconfirm that SKY have still not collected my parcel from the incorrect address as the strangers have confirmed they still have my books telephonically today! This service is unacceptable and shocking that feedback given is a blatant lie!
