Poor service

Its been 2 weeks since I applied for a woolies club card and since thnen I have not received any feedback. I took the initiative to go into the stoor to query it and I was told its pending. Head office will call me but no luck in that, its wednesday and still no call or message to notify me wheather its approved or not! How long does it take for you guyz to decide wheather a person is approved or declined. I hope to get a resonse soon.
