Extremely bad service from Branch Management

I visited Pick n Pay N1 city mall to buy food and withdraw cash. At the cashier Natasha Hanodine she could not do the transaction on the speedpoint. A supervisor was called, Sandra. Her first words to me was that they (pick n Pay) cannot supply me with the cash on the speed point. I insisted that this was a type of transaction that I do weekly at Pick n Pay. It is a service that they supply. I did a balance enquiry to show that there was money in the account, which Sandra witnessed. We then tried to process the transaction 9 times without success. I insisted that they use yet another machine and to speak to a Senior Manager. I was treated with the utmost disrespect, no empathy. The manager, Dorothea just replied that it cannot be done on the speedpoint. I insisted that it is impossible and that the customer are not being satisfied. She treated me as if I were a criminal. She refused to assist me, as the customer. She did not offer to phone the speed point service to find out whether there might be a problem or that they were off line. She was rude, loud and disrespectful. I will advertise this horrific service at this outlet, no customer service or assistance.
