Today 04/05/2013 i recevied the most disgusting service at a pick and pay store i have been visiting since it opened a couple of years ago, i had vouchers which i could redeem as payment towards whatever i bought, after picking up what i needed and spending a, lot of time shopping i went to the teller to pay, only to be told they are off line,
I asked for the manager, the manager just embarrassed me even further, there was a line behind me and it was long.
Does pick and pay not have a system to warn customers about their system going off line thus allowing customers to know whether to shop or not?
