I refer to an incident in the Parking Area (Ocean Basket Entrance) on Saturday the 25 May 2013 at around 10am more or less. As I had turned into the bay I did not notice the "SHARP ALUMINIUM" piece which was previously bumped by someone else, also using that space as a Parking Bay, causing this "SHARP ALUMINIUM PIECE" to slit my "Brand New Tyre". I was completely annoyed because I did not even pull into the parking bay completely when I heard the air of my Tyre being released, I got out of my vehicle to make sure and to my devastation my Tyre was completely flat. I requested for parking/centre management to report the incident Gareth (Centre Management/Joseph Shift Parking who had taken pics prior to the roadside assist was despatched from my insurance company to assist me. Gareth had committed to logging an incident report as he advised that Centre Management had limited staff on this day, he took my parking ticket to stamp it and than left me with Joseph who had taken pics of everything. The Mall should be held liable for the replacement tyre/wheel alignment. I had 4 Brand new tyres fitted/wheel alignment/balancing all done not even a year ago.
