I had the opportunity of experiencing exceptional customer service from Pieter at Tiger Wheel and Tyre, Rustenburg this past week. I needed wheel alignment, tyre replacement done.
Before I even walked in the door he came out to the parking lot to greet me and be of assistance. After he looked through what needed to be done, I left the car with him to go and do some shopping. About 40 minutes later he called to inform me that there were problems on the alignment that I hadn't even realised which they would fix for me.
The following day, he called to see that everything was running smoothly. Pieter has gone the extra mile and should be applauded for his friendly and outgoing customer service. I highly recommend him and this branch of Tyger Wheel and Tyre! Congratulations!
