Last year in September CBS phoned and gave their sales pitch about these wonderful printer cartridges which we were not interested as we had our supplier. They promised us that we would benefit from this type of cartridge and just needed to try it out once. Eventually we accepted 1 x colour and 1 x black and white cartridge which we received at an astronomical amount. They guaranteed that the cartridges would last a minimum of 3 months. They lasted 2 weeks and we hardly use our colour printer. When we complained they said we must return them and they would send us a replacement. Which they duely did! The replacements lasted 1 week. Since then they have hounded us to buy again. We have flatly refused as it does not work and now they have just sent us 2 more again, demanding payment, refusing to take it back. So we sent it with Speed Services, door to door and the couriers have just phoned to say that CBS is not at the physical address that is on their invoices. They will not give us the address telephonically.
Well enough is enough! These people are absolute. Next step is the police and SARS.
