Disgusting Policy and Service

I took several empty HP ink cartridges to this supplier because he advertises "Refills from R80, fully guaranteed, we pick and deliver stationery..." He told me some of the cartridges could not be refilled, and he took some that could. In exchange for needing only 2 x Colour and 2 x Black cartridge refills, he gave me a credit for a further 2 x of each that I did not need that he could refill and re-sell to another customer. I thought this was a good deal until it took him almost 2 x days to let me know they were ready - helloooooo I thought he refilled cartridges!!! Of the four I collected and paid for, only 1 x colour cartridge was working. He took away a black and a colour cartridge to check them out and refill /replace them, because his invoice states "No refunds, Exchanges only"... It has taken him 4 x days and he has still not contacted me with the replacement/exchanged cartridges and when I demanded a refund of my money because of this bad service, he reminded me he does not do refunds. He has an appalling attitude toward business acumen and has absolutely NO understanding whatsoever of keeping customers. I would NEVER recommend anyone to use this company.
