Still Cant Open New Account

I lodged my call sometime ago and complaint on Hello Peter. If you refer back you will see that I got a response from RCS that everything has been sorted out and everything will be done and be fine. However I even received a call from Diane saying that my previous account which was paid 4 fours ago will be updated as paid at ITC and I will be able to open an account. I got a call from Diane last Wednesday ensuring that it will be updated and that if I tried on Thursday today it will be approved. Well Guess what i tried again today and it has been Declined again. I find this to be absurd and honestly RCS is playing with the clients as I cannot be penalized again. I paid my account in full 4 years ago. I honestly hope that this will be seen in an urgent light and that my account will be approved. My Home finance, car loans and credit cards have been approved so how can a simple store card be declined. I was assured that it would be approved and I want it approved. Totally unimpressed...
