Lack of integrity and confidence in Galaxy

I did a Nail Tech course with Galaxy in 2001 which cost my parents over R12 000 for the courses, exams and certificates. When I left I got 3 and informed the rest would be posted. In March this year I got a job at Placecol, sent for an upgrade course in their products and while away they did a back ground check, and Galaxy told them I was not a qualified Nail Tech. After some 20 odd emails later they realized their mistake and said they would tell Placecol. Galaxy said they would re-issue the certificates at a cost of R114 each which I was and wasn't happy about as we had already paid for them in 2001, but just to get things moving on the 25th April I paid R570 in to their account. On 8 May I received a message to say they have problems with the printers, hard to believe. Today the 4th June I got an e-mail to say I need to pay for delivery charges, i requested their physical address so it could becollected, but still no answer. I cannot understand why such a big company would put their name on the line for a couple of certificates! Please can someone help me get this sorted Placecol judged me, found me guilty and dismissed me because of this. Shelley
